Facilitator Bio:  My name is Sabrina, I’m from Paris, living now in Toronto. I worked for the past few years in the fashion area. Then, I had this change in my life where I was just not very happy with my current job. I decided to apply as a sales manager at Joist a start-up based in downtown Toronto. I was working a cross-functional with the marketing team/product manager and we had a town hall each Friday every week. I loved it as I learned a lot. Then I decided to think on a project and I launched RC with my business partner Edward Robinson.

Course Description: This is a status session where all participants present their revenue plans for 2018. Each participant has 5 minutes to present their plan. Feedback will be given on each plan. The purpose of this course is to ensure that each participant has a basic revenue plan for 2018

Course Agenda: Revenue Plan Presentations

The Tutorial: This session is to help address any outstanding concerns about the revenue plan and sales forecasting models.

Assignment: Review and refine the revenue plan. Identify gaps and potential vulnerabilities in revenue and sales forecasting for 2018. Complete the Revenue Gap Analysis.
