Susan Goodrich is the owner and lead trainer of Smart Operating Solutions, creator of the MicroStation Training Solutions and assistant designer of MicroDGS software. Author of several MicroStation training manuals, Susan is Canada’s leading independent MicroStation training Specialist. Susan regularly works with large organizations like SNC-Lavalin and the Toronto Transit Commission to train staff to work in a MicroStation environment.

With over 25 years in the field and 18 with Smart Operating Solutions Inc., Susan is often sought out to beta test new versions of MicroStation and help leading engineering firms embrace the incredible benefits of working in a MicroStation environment.
