Lucia Gallegos, MA, R.P. (Qualifying)

Lucia is a fluent English and Spanish Registered Psychotherapist (Q). She holds a Master in Arts Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, is a member of the College or Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO), and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Lucia mainly works with professional women who are struggling with life transitions, pain, challenging romantic relationships, low self-esteem, grief and sense of guilt or loss. She also runs workshops and conferences to empower women to gain insight and effective coping techniques to deal with emotions effectively. Her passion is to walk together with individuals in a therapeutic journey where they can find their own internal beauty, wisdom and freedom, as one of her favorites quotes says, “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”.

Lucia has her own private practice and is currently getting trained in neurofeedback. She also uses meditation and mindfulness techniques to help individuals achieve well-being.
