Naturopathic Doctor – RN ND

Dr. Laura MacLeod is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).  Prior to Naturopathic Medicine, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University. For the past eight years, she has cared for children and families as a pediatric Registered Nurse at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.  She now works as a Naturopathic Doctor with a special focus on women’s health, pediatrics and digestive health.

Laura’s strong scientific background and passion for lifelong learning serve as an excellent foundation for naturopathic evidence-based patient care.  With her years of experience in healthcare, Laura is uniquely qualified to collaborate with other practitioners involved in your care. Laura’s understanding and experience within the mainstream healthcare field and training in complementary alternative medicine can bring two seemingly separate worlds together for greater continuity of care. Trained in botanical medicine, traditional chinese medicine including acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, Laura seeks to get to know you on a personal level and deliver individualized care that will work for you and your family.  You can expect a safe, non-judgemental environment to collaborate on a sustainable and practical plan for better health and wellbeing.
