Elsii Faria is the co-owner of The Hive Centre and Bee & Bee and Co-Founder/Marketing Director of 1COMMUNITY1 – a social networking solution with a focus on developing local community. She is an artist, entrepreneur and consultant committed to creativity, well being, nature, communication and community.

Elsii is an award-winning artist who has exhibited at various galleries in Canada and leads creative, nature and food-based workshops and retreats at The Hive Centre and other locations in the Durham Region including the Robert McLaughlin Gallery, Durham College and the Station Gallery.
As a marketing and outreach consultant for various organizations and businesses, Elsii works with stakeholders and partners to build community and help grow the economy. Elsii also writes, speaks and creates programs related to the new economy and how we can adapt to it by developing the skills necessary to thrive.
