Let’s talk about urinary & vaginal health.
Urine leakage during the menopause transition is a common problem, especially in women who’ve had children. Another problem that women in menopause experience is vaginal dryness and pain with sex, but hardly anyone talks about it. Studies show that nearly 50% of women suffer from vaginal dryness, which affects relationships negatively, but only 4% of women get treated. Talking with a partner or your doctor about vaginas and uncomfortable sex can feel awkward and embarrassing.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
- What to do about urinary incontinence
- What happens to your female parts when estrogen decreases
- How to treat vaginal dryness
- How to decrease pain during sex
- How to explain to your partner what’s going on down there
- What to ask your doctor at your next visit
I don’t want you to suffer alone and in silence.
There are several things you can do to improve your vaginal health.
Come find out.
There’s help. I can help you!
