Do You Feel Identified With This Quote? Then, This Webinar Is For You.

Running a business is already a stressful job that can create internal chaos, making you feel lost and stuck. You might experience anger, anxiety, frustration, sadness and others feelings. We have been taught not express our emotions, and as women we are not allowed to get angry because “good girls” are gentle. These internal ideas do not allow us to express our feelings effectively, affecting our professional and personal lives at different levels.   In addition, being an entrepreneur does not only include dealing with daily professional issues, but also with other stressors such as family, romantic relationships, losses, personal crisis and internal demons. No wonder why many entrepreneurs feel drained.  How do you cope with all this?
How This Webinar Can Help You?
Thanks to different practical exercises that will help you to gain insight, in this webinar you will learn to identify your emotions and to create different strategies that will help you to cope with them effectively.  In addition, you will also have the opportunity to share and learn experiences with other professional women who are dealing with similar situations. When women work together amazing things happen.  You are not alone!
Who Would Benefit From This Webinar?
Any woman, especially those professional women who feel stuck, tired, disconnected, stressed and angry; and who would like to reconnect with their professional career and personal lives.  Do not hate Monday mornings anymore; you can enjoy life while running a business.  Invest in your wellbeing and personal growth.

Description of The Sessions
Session 1:  Dealing With Emotions
During this session you will be able to understand and identify, in a non-judgemental space, the emotions you are currently experiencing in your life. Some of the important questions to answer are: How do I feel? How do I know? What do I feel when I feel an emotion? What can I do with this feeling?

Session 2:  Looking at the Window: Knowing Yourself.
The main goal of this session is to help you to understand your own emotional process and you cope with your feelings.  In addition, you will be also able to explore what other events are happening in your life now and how they are affecting your professional career.  Do you feel you sabotage yourself?

Session 3: Anger and Fear
Some of the most common emotions entrepreneurs experience is anger and fear.  It has been studied how anger most of the time lies fear.  Thus, at this session, you will learn tools to understand why these two emotions are important, and how, instead of ignoring them, you can transform them into something meaningful that can help you to achieve your goals, personal growth, and wellbeing.
Session 4: Emotion Regulation Skills
During this sessions you would learn how to transform your feelings into something meaningful by developing abilities on how  not to crumble when someone or something  is pressuring you,  to start and persist with pursuing goals even when feeling  anxious,  to soothe  emotions,   to be kind with yourself when feeling stressed, angry, sad, frustrated,  to develop a self-care plan.

Session 5: Self- Compassion and Self Care.
At the last session of this webinar will help you to practice self-care and self-compassion as an entrepreneur (because burnout is real).  As Alisha Ramos said, “When you start your own business, the line between work and life can become very blurry—even nonexistent”.
