Speaker BIO:  Susan Sommers is an award-winning health and fitness expert and a two-time Marathoner (at 61 and 63). She has completed 33 races since 2003 – all walking! Susan has taught and lectured extensively in universities and conferences across Canada and the United States. As a motivational speaker, she educates, coaches, and mentors women worldwide to make a lifelong commitment to their health, fitness, nutrition, and spirituality.
