Kristen Swanson is the founder of Green Thoughts: A Mindful Awareness Project, bringing mindfulness training to organizations, schools and the general public for several years. She trained as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, is a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and has a Master of Education degree.
