Presenter Bio
Carl Friesen has a background in journalism, which means he can show you how to find “the story” that will resonate with the people you want to reach. He has an MBA in marketing, and has authored five books on professional services marketing. He has 15 years of experience helping business professionals all over the world to show their expertise to potential clients and customers.
