Course Description: Many entrepreneurs do not have experience with pricing and tend to “undercut” their price, which has serious implications for overall success and sustainability. Often in the beginning, entrepreneurs can feel vulnerable when it comes to pricing and tend to “think” they need to implement a lowest cost model. This course will present value based pricing as a key strategy for early stage entrepreneurs.

The Tutorial: The tutorial will answer questions to help you quantify your business value, effort and overall return on investment for your products / services. This helps you determine your worth and value so you can set a competitive price.
